If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including but not limited to your credit or debit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping information.
You represent and warrant that:
(i) you have the legal right to use any card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and

We may employ the use of third-party services for payment and purchase completion. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: service availability, errors in service description or price, or suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
4. Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions
Any contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions (“Promotions”) made available through Service may be governed by rules separate from these Terms of Service. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions
Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (“Billing Cycle”), depending on the type of plan you select.
Unless canceled, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same terms at the end of each Billing Cycle. You may cancel at any time via your account management page or by contacting contact@bankstatementconverter.us.
A valid payment method is required to process payment for your subscription. By submitting payment information, you authorize Bank Statement Converter to charge all applicable fees to that payment method.
If automatic billing fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
6. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial for a limited period (“Free Trial”). You may be required to enter payment details to sign up. If you do so, you will not be charged until the trial ends, at which point regular subscription charges will apply unless canceled.
7. Fee Changes
We may modify subscription fees at any time. Any change will take effect at the end of your current Billing Cycle. We will provide reasonable notice before such changes.
8. Refunds
We issue refunds for purchases within 7 days of the original transaction date.
9. Content
Our Service may allow you to upload content such as documents, text, graphics, or other material (“Content”). You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of such Content.
By uploading Content, you grant us a license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service. You retain ownership of your Content.
PDF documents uploaded to Bank Statement Converter are stored for a maximum of 24 hours, after which they are permanently deleted.
10. Prohibited Uses
You may only use Service for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Engage in fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activities.
- Upload or transmit malicious software.
- Interfere with the functionality or security of Service.
11. Analytics
We may use third-party analytics providers to monitor and analyze Service usage.
12. No Use By Minors
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.
13. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account.
14. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Service (excluding user-uploaded Content) are owned by Bank Statement Converter and protected by applicable laws.
15. Copyright Policy & DMCA
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, send a notice to contact@bankstatementconverter.us with details as outlined in Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA.
