Account information (email, preferences, conversion history metadata) is stored in encrypted databases. Any transaction data you extract from statements is accessible only within your account and can be permanently removed at any time through your dashboard.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell or distribute your data to third parties. We utilize infrastructure providers (database hosting, payment processing) that maintain GDPR and SOC 2 compliance. Our payment processor handles billing data under PCI DSS standards — we never see or store card details.
