By accessing or using BankStatementConverter, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using the service.

2. Service Overview

BankStatementConverter provides AI-powered extraction and conversion of bank statements from PDF, image, and CSV source files into structured Excel, CSV, and JSON output formats.

3. Complimentary Usage

New users receive 5 free page conversions without creating an account. Each page credit corresponds to one page of a bank statement document. Additional conversions require an active paid subscription.

4. Subscription Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual cycle through our payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refund requests within 14 days of any charge are honored in full.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to: use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate the AI models, exceed API rate limits without authorization, or share account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties.

6. User Responsibility

You bear full responsibility for ensuring that you have proper authorization to upload, convert, and process the bank statement documents submitted through this service.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

BankStatementConverter is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage.
